About The Role
We are seeking a talented Senior ASP .Net Developer to join one of our superb clients. The successful candidate will have strong skills in ASP .Net, C#, JavaScript, React, jQuery, HTML5 and CSS/Bootstrap development and a solid understanding of modern development technologies.
What you will be doing:
- Develop robust and scalable backend solutions using ASP.NET Core 6.0 or 7.0.
- Design and Implement Code versions control through platforms such as DevOps
- Design and Implement release management through pipelines
- Design and implement RESTful APIs for seamless communication between the frontend and backend.
- Implement data models, database schemas, and interactions with SQL, T-SQL, PL/SQL, and Oracle databases.
- Create responsive and user-friendly web interfaces using HTML5, CSS, JavaScript, and frontend frameworks like jQuery.
- Ensure a seamless user experience across various devices and browsers.
- Provide technical leadership to the development team
- Design and develop coding standards
- Ensure systems are compliant with POPIA and security standards.

Knowledge and Experience Required:
- 8 years’ experience in Relational Databases (MS SQL and Oracle)
- 8 years’ experience in Coding using C#, ASP.NET, Blazor and Razor pages, and .NET Frameworks including .Net Core.
- The following will be an added advantage: JavaScript, HTML5, CSS, XML, jQuery, SQL Server
- Experience using Git or DevOps repos
Qualifications Required:
- National Diploma in IT or related qualification
- Ideal Qualification: IT related Degree and MOSS and WSS Certification
